Our friendly, helpful team of barista's are all a key part of The Nook family. Each one of them brings something individual to our little independent coffee shop.
Hannah
Boss Lady
You can usually find Hannah behind the bar in the shop, brewing coffees and chatting to the regulars (just look for the one with the colourful hair). When she's not working she enjoys reading and exploring. She loves being part of the Welton community.
Jo
Barista
Jo is an integral part of The Nook. She brings the calm in a busy shift. Her hard work and dedication to both the shop, staff and customers have earned her the nickname "Nanna Nook" She loves reading, walking and spending time with her family.
Steph

When Steph is not in The Nook you can find her supporting her two boys with their motorsport events.
She loves reading, watching films and hiking. Her background in care work makes her kind and attentive to every customer.
Reanna

Reanna is currently at University in York studying Sociology. This love for seeing how people work and her charming & caring nature makes her wonderful with our customers. She has a passion for music which carries over in to The Nook playlists.
Darcey
Barista
When she's not at The Nook, Darcey is busy as President of the Coffee Society at The University of Sheffield, while she does her degree. Her love of coffee, fab sense of humour & cheerful attitude makes her a wonderful part of our little team.
Natalia

When she's back from Uni in York, you will find Natalia in The Nook. Her smiley and polite attitude towards customers coupled with her ability to organise spaces efficiently makes her an invaluable part of the team. She loves reading and baking.
Cyrus

Cyrus is about to start college on a cookery course. His passion for food and coffee make him perfect for working at The Nook. When he is not daydreaming about cars, you can find him cooking up a storm in his kitchen.
Amy

When not at The Nook, Amy works as a seamstress in the village. Her bubbly personality and cheerful demeanour make her a perfect fit in the coffee house. She puts care into everything she does and brings an excellent energy and enthusiasm to the team.
Demi
Barista
Demi is starting a college course soon and will be working with us still a few days a week. She is welcoming with our customers and her dry sense of humour always makes our staff smile. She loves spending time with her friends and family.
Charlotte
Barista
Charlotte is the newest member of our team, usually in on a Saturday however you will see her occasionally in school holidays too. She is smiley, polite & down to earth. As a fellow book worm, when she's not making coffees she is either reading, competing in swimming competitions, or looking after her horse.
